OUR POLICIES
BOOKING & LATE POLICY
Once you have booked your appointment. There is a 50% non refundable but transferable deposit required. The deposit goes towards your service. After deposit payment is fulfilled, I will receive the notification and then personally send you our location address via text. NOTE:**Deposits are due same day of booking, no exceptions**
Late Policy: We asked that everyone arrive to their appointment on time each time. If you have an emergency, please contact us at least 1 hour prior to your appointment(call or text is ok). If you are late at 10 minutes, there will be a $15 late fee. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled automatically and you must rebook. Your deposit is valid within two weeks. After two weeks, you MUST pay for another deposit, no exceptions. The late fee is added to your remaining balance at checkout. Your deposit will only be transferred if you are at the 10 minute mark. No call, no show means automatic cancellation and you WILL NOT be allowed to rebook.
Covid Relief: If you have been tested positive for Covid or been around someone who has tested positive, we will allow up to three weeks for your deposit to be valid. After three weeks, you must pay for another deposit and reschedule your appointment with communication. If we do not hear anything from you, there will be an automatic cancellation. You must show proof of your positive results and show proof of your negative results if you decide to rebook, no exceptions.
New & Established Clients: Please arrive to your appointment with a CLEAN face and CLEAN lashes. This is sent to you by text from your first appointment with us. If your lashes and/or face is filled with eye makeup, foundation, or dirt, we WILL charge you a cleaning fee of $25 at checkout, no exceptions. A lash bath is not considered a makeup removal fee. We will not tolerate any disrespect on any level. You will no longer receive services from us if you are rude, problematic, disrespectful, or show lack of courtesy towards our rules and guidelines. Automatic cancellation and you will not be able to rebook services from us.
